Let us bring back some niceties of life,
Support businesses with fairness who care.
Celebrate all newfound freedoms, free of strife,
Return to friendship and harmony everywhere.

Picture

Here's to my new shack in the Sun,
A cool spot to drop in if you care.
Try a coffee or some raisin bun,
It’s so easy to be here and not there.

Picture

From Crystal Bay will a vision unfold,
Boats drift, sway and parade.
From Labrador's charm, where stories are told,
Dreams of luxury and adventure cascade.

Picture

Made of timber, is how the Town Hall began,
Then an Art Deco marvel was built in ‘35.
Transformed from its past in 1889,
Today it stands tall― well, except for nearby hi-rise.

Picture

You’re quite a wise tree you are,
You’re quite a wise tree you be.
It seems you are, you definitely are,
An extremely wise tree to me.

Picture

Crossing the road I brushed by a Jacaranda,
A rush of thoughts soon came and went.
Inside me filled with butterflies, I stooped like a panda,
Quite an experience, beneath this purple-petal tent.

Picture

Coloured pencils of elegance, the Jacaranda tree,
In total serenity, it blooms a glorious hue.
Sweeping Springtime moments splash away free,
Petals gently fall from here, to Timbuktu.

Picture

Families gather, with blankets spread wide,
Reflections on water, so calm and serene.
The super moon offers her magic golden eye,
A celestial marvel― a superlunary dream.

Picture

The sun drops to one side of Tally Creek Bridge,
The glow is blazing and the moon seems so bright.
A super moon has climbed from the horizon's ridge,
Burleigh hill shows off beneath a full moon tonight.

Picture

The moon is glowing, unusually bright,
All night, Tallebudgera will be aglow.
Not just here but everywhere in sight,
And the tide will be much higher than we know.

Picture

At Burleigh Hill, the day becomes night,
Sunset hides under cloud in the sky.
The Super-Moon appears in soft twilight,
Our moon’s aglow and soon rising high.

Picture

Burleigh Hill, is at the evening’s embrace,
From a distance, the Hill stands tall.
A tranquil scene, with nature's grace,
Poinciana clears the stage for a curtain fall.

“It’s fabulous all the places we’ve explored,
Breakfast at Currumbin is one of the best.
A golden sunrise is such a reward,
It’s all so easy to digest―”

Picture

Someone once asked me, “What do you like to do?"
I like home-cooked beetroot, I’ll give anything a shot.
I said, cooking beetroot is my favourite― that’s true,
Sliced beetroot makes me smile― believe it or not!

Picture

The season's energy holds a springtime dream,
Life in full swing lets all flowers bloom.
I’m clearing up winter's growth to let nature gleam,
It’s coconut palms today― so that every peduncle finds room.

Kirkland’s Balsamic vinegar is rich and bold,
Avocado-tuna-onion-beetroot, the main part.
Pepper and salt lets taste buds unfold,
A creation made from layers of tasty art.
